Reheating Instructions

All food must be reheated to an internal temperature of 165°F. Heating times may vary.


Oven (Best Quality)

· Preheat to 350°F.

· Place food on tray or oven-safe dish.

· Cover loosely with foil.

· Heat 20–25 minutes, until hot throughout.

Microwave (Quick Option)

· Remove lid or vent container.

· Use a moist paper towel on top of your bowl to keep moisture in.

· You may want to heat the protein separately for best results.

· Heat on High for 2–4 minutes, stirring halfway if possible.

· Let stand 1 minute before eating.

Stovetop (Soups, Stews, Sauces)

· Heat in saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally for 5–10 minutes.

Air Fryer (Crispy Items)

· Preheat to 350°F.

· Place food in a single layer.

· Heat 5–8 minutes, flipping halfway.

Helpful Tips

· Add a splash of water or broth to pasta, rice, or grains.

· Use oven or air fryer for best texture.

· Always check the center of thicker items.
