Reheating Instructions

The Daily Dish Reheating Instructions

All meals from The Daily Dish are fully cooked and prepared fresh. For the best texture and flavor, we recommend using an air fryer whenever possible.


Our Go-To Reheating Method: Air Fryer

The air fryer is our preferred reheating method because it gives the best overall results—warm, crisp, and closest to freshly made.

· Preheat air fryer to 350–375°F

· Place food in a single layer

· Heat for 5–10 minutes, checking halfway through

· Use foil or parchment if needed to prevent drying


Fish: Best Method: Air Fryer

350°F for 4–6 minutes. Do not overcook—fish reheats quickly.

Conventional Oven:

325°F, covered loosely with foil, 8–12 minutes.

Microwave:

Use lower power for 1–2 minutes. Cover to help retain moisture.

Reheat to an internal temperature of 145°F.


Chicken: Best Method: Air Fryer

375°F for 6–10 minutes. Flip halfway through for even heating.

Conventional Oven:

350°F, covered, 12–18 minutes.

Microwave:

2–3 minutes, covered.

Reheat to an internal temperature of 165°F.


Beef: Best Method: Air Fryer

350°F for 5–8 minutes. Avoid overcooking to help maintain tenderness.

Conventional Oven:

325°F, covered, 10–15 minutes.

Microwave:

1–3 minutes, covered.

Reheat to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Pork: Best Method: Air Fryer

350°F for 6–10 minutes.

Conventional Oven:

325°F, covered, 12–15 minutes.

Microwave:

2–3 minutes, covered.

Reheat to an internal temperature of 145°F.


Soups and Stews: Best Method: Stovetop

Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly hot.

Microwave:

Heat for 2–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Air Fryer:

Not recommended.

Reheat to an internal temperature of 165°F.


Important Notes

· All meals are fully cooked—reheat only until hot

· Do not overheat, as this can dry out the food

· Reheating times may vary depending on portion size and appliance

· For best results, use a food thermometer when needed
